Our second challenge for Pullip Fabulous was the theme Bon Appetit.
Kao-neechan was pretty excited about it since she loves food, but when it came down to it, we couldn’t execute! She had a lot of ideas but we couldn’t think of a nice angle or execution. So in the end, it all boiled down to bento making. How apt for Ms. Kitchen Cow.

This is our official entry. What I didn’t know was that Kao-neechan was shooting in between takes! Sneaky big sister. Still, it’s all right—while I look pretty goofy in some of them, it was still fun. So all in the spirit of fun, here are the outtakes.

Here’s our set. We don’t have a dollhouse (hmp!) so we did a small studio-like set-up instead. We used some scrapbook paper that’s taped to our frame then we stacked a couple of hardcover books (Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series) then covered it with some cloth.

Our cookbooks are fake as well. See, there’s nothing inside!

I love this pot. It’s a Sanrio Vintage Mini Tuxedo Sam Air Pot. Stoopid Kao-neechan though, her shot angle’s all wrong! You can’t see Sam at all. I mean, he’s so cute and she only showed his back. *pout*

They always do this in anime. I bet I can do it too!
Anyway, the entries are all in. All that’s left to do is wait I guess. Wish us luck!

where can i buy a doll like you?
Maybe Japan? Or I hear there’s a match-up agency for Pullips and Taeyangs at Greenhills called Dollhauz. For a small fee, they can match you up with lodgers, your choice of course, who’ll come and live with you.
You can visit their site at http://www.dollhauz.com
